Stonehouse Popožo

The stone house Popožo was built in 19th century and has seen many interventions since our family members have struggled for years with difficult times. It has been finally renovated in 2012, with respect to local heritage and the tradition of Dalmatian stone houses.

Outer stairway leads to a terrace and the first floor entrance. The covered terrace, equipped with chairs and a table, is ideal for enjoying morning coffee, a glass of wine late at night or just hanging out with your company throughout the day. The terrace overlooks the harbor and yachts, local beach called Popožo and beautiful, crystal clear sea.

The terrace also incorporates the entrance to the first floor of the house, which has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a sizable table and chairs, and a living room. This floor's interior impresses with simplicity, a combination of modern and traditional, where old stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling give a special warmth to the house. The living room is equipped with a sofa, which can serve as an extra bed for one person. In this area of the house there is also a modern bathroom equipped with a shower.

The second floor of the holiday house is intended for rest and sleep. There are two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, and has direct access to the balcony, while the other room contains two comfortable single beds. There is another common, modern bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Last, but not least, the third floor: a spiral staircase leads to a gallery with a large double bed, bedside tables and a dresser. This floor is airy and full of light flowing in through several windows.
